Choose your pace

One complete course.
A schedule that fits.

Your course covers the full 15-module pathway. Combine required pre-work with live learning in a one-day intensive, shorter sessions over a few hours, or a course spread over several weeks.

  • Live in person: learn with an instructor and build together
  • Live online: join your instructor for guided lessons and practical exercises
  • One-day intensives, shorter sessions or courses over several weeks
  • Scope and schedule agreed around your level and goals

The full course fee is per person, regardless of the agreed delivery schedule. Pre-work prepares you for live practice; contact hours and the session timetable are confirmed before booking.

NB · Required for every course

Pre-work first.
Then build together.

You must complete your course’s pre-work before attending the live Build Lab session. This applies to Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced participants, online and in person.

We provide level-specific preparation materials and tasks ahead of your course. Your joining instructions will confirm what to complete and when it is due.

  • Beginner: foundation material, account setup and an introductory exercise
  • Intermediate: workflow preparation, tool access and a task to improve
  • Advanced: technical setup, prerequisites and a project brief

If you need help completing the pre-work, contact us before your live session so we can agree the next step.

A little clarity

Your questions, answered.

Is the price per day or per course?

It is per person for the complete course: Foundation R10,000, Intermediate R12,000 and Advanced R16,000. It is not an hourly or daily rate. The fee covers the full 15-module pathway with pre-work and live learning.

Can I learn online or in person?

Yes. Every level can be delivered online or in person. We confirm the venue or online joining details, live-session schedule and practical requirements before booking.

How flexible is the schedule?

The same course can use a one-day live intensive, shorter sessions over a few hours, or sessions spread over several weeks. Pre-work and independent practice support the live sessions, so completing the course involves more than attendance alone.

Is pre-work compulsory?

Yes. You must complete the level-specific pre-work before the live Build Lab session. This applies to all three levels and both online and in-person delivery.

What will the pre-work involve?

Each course includes preparation materials and tasks suited to its level, such as foundation reading, account or technical setup, a short exercise or a project brief. Your joining instructions will specify the tasks and deadline.

What if I cannot complete the pre-work in time?

Please contact us before the live session. We will discuss what support or schedule adjustment is appropriate. Do not arrive expecting to complete the required preparation during the live Build Lab; any rescheduling terms will be agreed with you.

Which level should I choose?

Choose Beginner / Foundation if you are setting up and learning core concepts. Intermediate / Practitioner suits people already using AI who want connected, repeatable workflows. Advanced / Builder suits those ready to build applications. We can help you assess the right starting point.

Do I need to know how to code?

No coding experience is required for Foundation. Practitioner focuses on workflows and tool use. Builder includes technical concepts and code; we will check prerequisites and agree preparation before enrolment.

Is the training tied to one platform?

Core learning is designed to transfer across models. Practical examples may use ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Copilot; projects, connectors, skills and other features differ between products and subscription plans.

Can we book for a team?

Yes. Tell us the number of participants, their level, preferred dates, delivery format and payment lead. We will propose the appropriate scope and quote.

Is this included in free membership or Community+?

No. Facilitated Build Labs are paid training booked separately. Community membership does not include these sessions unless your specific agreement says otherwise.

How do we confirm a booking?

Submit your enquiry. We will confirm level, availability, format, scope and pricing with your lead contact before arranging payment. No date or place is reserved by this preview.
